    Unfortunately not many other choices in Franklin County for Chinese food. If there were, this place would be closed. I went with my wife and daughter on a Thursday night, not overly busy. Ordered within 5 minutes of entering. They brought my wife and daughters meal and brought me nothing 30 minutes later. I waited 10 minutes and went to the counter. The waitress comes out of the back and drops it on my table. No apologies, not a word. I said you can take that off my ticket and take it back, my family has finished eating. She took it and stomped away rudely. No offer for a discount, no apology,, nothing. Do not expect good service! Food is simply okay. (I have eaten here before). My last trip!!!!

    Absolutely despicable service at this Peking Chinese Grill in Rocky Mt. Avoid.. they give horrible service to customers and are even abusive. I came alone and ate inside the restaurant alone and the lady was extremely rude to me and told me "You should get a life". I told her I lead a very happy life and asked why she would say that to me. She said very rudely "You are alone" and laughed at me. The food was horrible. The General Taos was inedible. I would never go here ever again or recommend. I left feeling talked down to and I felt horrible after my visit. My boyfriend called them after I told him how horrible my visit was and the lady laughed at him and hung up on him.

    Great delicious Special Diet offerings! Service was exceptional. Waitress responded to my question about my order w/ suggestion of Special Diet item, & it was perfect! Highly recommend.

    Terrible service. Went with brother and niece. We all ordered at same time. Food was brought out at separate times. They lost my order and never told me. Family finished eating and I had to go ask about my food. Went home hungry since rest of family was ready to leave. Tried them a second time for a to go lunch order. They forgot to include the egg roll I paid extra for. I will NEVER attempt to eat at this place again.

    Unbelievably rude service. I wouldn't have believed it unless I experienced it myself. The lady said "hurry up and order". Then she insulted my girlfriend's short hair (which she just had cut) and said "your hair looks weird". I asked the lady what was wrong with her and she said "What's wrong with me is annoying customers like you". We hadn't even said anything! We walked out and she said while we were going out the door.. "Don't come back". Don't worry we won't. Nobody should ever come here. That lady is abusive to customers. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come to this Chinese restaurant in Rocky Mount!
